| POSTAGE AND PACKING |
| Postage and packing will be charged at a cost of £5 per order of up to 25 items and £10 per order of 26 and above items. Orders are sent out by recorded delivery and a signature is required upon receipt. |
| DEPOSIT |
| A 50% deposit is required when you place your order. This is non-refundable. The outstanding balance must then be paid for before we can dispatch the full order. An invoice will be sent to you for this. |
| DISCOUNT |
| A 5% discount is available for orders over £500. |
| SAMPLES |
| Samples can be purchased for each design, which is fully refundable on placing an order. |
